Grupo Pemar was founded in 2010 by the second generation of the Pedrera Martínez family in honour of Don Antonio Pedrera Soler, creator of this legacy under the values of professionalism, quality and sustainability.

The residential complexes and urbanisations such as Villamartín Golf and La Finca Resort, currently being successfully developed by the group, are an example of these values.

The group also has future real estate, restaurant, agricultural, golf and renewable energy projects in Guardamar, Orihuela, Villamartín, Algorfa and Jacarilla among other locations.
